RETURNS

You will have 30 days after the date of delivery to return or make an exchange.

RETURNS: If you are returning a product that was damaged in the shipping process, please make sure to include pictures of the shipping box (inside and outside) and of the damaged item.  If you are returning an item for any other reason, the item must not be used and in the same condition it was in when it was originally sent to you. 

EXCHANGES: If you are wanting to make an exchange, we will not ship out your replacement until we have received the original item in the mail. If we receive a product that has been opened or used, you will receive a partial refund and be required to pay the shipping cost. If the item is in the same condition as it was in when it was shipped out to you, you will receive an entire refund and you will not have to pay for shipping.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

• In the subject line, include your name and order number 
• In the body, include why you are returning or exchanging and please do not forget to include pictures of the shipping box or the item if you are returning a damaged item
• Return approvals or denials are typically handled the same day the request was made
• Once your return has been approved, you will be emailed a shipping label to return your product
