SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING: Once you place your order, rest assured that we're on it! If you place your order before 7:00PM EST your order will be processed and packaged the same day and will be shipped out the following day. 

SHIPPING METHODS: USPS Priority Mail is used by default.  If you would like for us to use a carrier of your choice, please let us know in the notes BEFORE placing your order so we can adjust it accordingly. 

SHIPPING COST: All small packages will be shipped at a $6 flat rate fee.  All larger packages will be shipped at an $8 flat rate fee. 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES: Orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail and the estimated delivery times are 1-3 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally, but stay tuned! 

TRACKING INFORMATION: You will be provided a tracking number via email after your order has shipped.  If you do not receive a tracking number in 48 hours, please reach out to us. 

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES: Once packages are mailed out, it is then the responsibility of the carrier.  Unfortunately, we can not control delayed packages due to weather, busy holiday seasons, etc. If your package has been marked "delivered" but you never received it, chances are the package is either lost or it was stolen.  You will need to file a complaint with USPS.  If you need help with a claim, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.
